New Account/Credit Terms: Net 30 to well-rated companies. All new accounts must be accompanied by a check or credit card information for the full amount of the order and estimated shipping. PAST DUE balances will affect the processing of your orders. A finance charge of 2% per month will be added to all past due balances.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Normal Production Time: 5 to 7 business days on most items. 7 to 10 business days on laser engraved and domed items. We cannot guarantee a ship date on any 4 color process item. Production time begins the day after usable art, complete purchase order, and art/proof approval reaches factory and credit has been established or payment received.

PMS Match Charge: $30.00 (V) – Exact match cannot be guaranteed. All PMS colors may not be available.

Polybag: $.15 (R) per piece if not already included in the price.

Proofs: No charge for first fax or email proof. Each additional proof, add $10.00 (P) each. Product proof is $25.00 (R) plus setup charge. PMS and artwork charges may be required. Proofs not available on rush orders.

Proposition 65 Compliance: To ensure compliance, products that are intended to be sold or provided to consumers in the state of California should include a warning label applied to the immediate container (exterior box).  Please provide these labels and mark your purchase order indicating Prop 65 labels are required.  Products may require a warning label applied to each item before distribution in California.  Should the buyer and/or distributor require or desire this, add $0.10 (p) per piece and provide labels.  Mark your purchase order indicating that individual Prop 65 labels are required.  If buyer and/or distributor fail to provide Graphco with advance written notice indicating that prop 65 labels are required, then buyer and/or distributor will indemnify and hold harmless Graphco, its agents, employees, and affiliated companies from and against all claims (including, without limitation, violation of Prop 65, personal injury and property damage) and from all other costs, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including, without limitation, attorney fes, costs, and litigation expense).

Purchase Orders: Please proofread orders before submitting them to factory. The factory is not responsible for spelling errors or conflicting information on style number and product description. The factory is NOT responsible for misinterpretation of handwritten orders or any order received via fax machine. Please include a copy of the artwork with the purchase order if the actual art is being sent electronically. The factory is not responsible for errors due to electronic submission of artwork without a copy accompanying the purchase order. No orders or changes can be accepted by phone. Please supply return phone number with all purchase orders.

Repeat Orders: To ensure exact duplication of previous order, all pertinent information must accompany the new order. Product number, item color, quantity, imprint color, and previous invoice or purchase order number of previous order must be included. Factory will not be responsible for any information left off reorder. Factory keeps screen art for one year. No screen charge for exact reorder within twelve months.

Returns: All products are guaranteed against defects in material and printing. Claims must be made within thirty days of the invoice. No returns accepted without authorization. Factory’s liability shall be limited to a refund or replacement of the product (at factory’s option).  A 15% restock fee may apply.

Rush Orders: **For Free 24-Hour Rush Service** Graphco must have the order, usable artwork, and payment/terms established by 11:00am MST on the day before the required ship date. Rush service must specify overnight, 2-day, or 3-day shipping service. Factory will make every attempt to use specified carrier but reserves the right to ship via any available carrier. Please contact customer service for quantities/products available for free rush service. Free rush service may not be available on laser engraved items, domed items, or items with more than one imprint color. Rush charges apply to orders of quantities over the current quantity limit and on purchase orders that are split but have the same imprint and/or customer information.

Samples: Samples of small quantities are mailed via US Postal service at no charge. Expedited shipping of samples will require your carrier account number or your credit card number. Please fax, email or order online all sample requests.

Self Promotion: Use end column price.

Shipping: All orders are shipped UPS Ground, FOB Factory except domed items which are shipped FOB New York. Consignee is responsible for all claims of loss or damage. Factory is not responsible if delivery is delayed by carrier. Factory will make every attempt to use specified shipper but reserves the right to ship via any available carrier. Account number must be supplied. Factory will not assume any liability when an alternate carrier is used

      • International Shipments: $10.00 (Z). Please provide international documentation and/or invoices with your purchase order.
      • Split Shipments: $6.00 (P) per additional location.
      • US Postal Service: $25.00 (R) handling fee.

Standard Imprint Colors: Process Blue, Reflex Blue, Blue (2935C), Navy (282C), Red (200C), Green (355C), Dark Green (357C), Purple (2603C), Violet (2685C), Maroon (208C), Yellow, Black, White, Gold, or Silver.
